SMS Terms

CM Green Pastures Farm Alerts is a private transactional SMS program operated by CM Green Pastures LLC for authorized family members and farm personnel.

Program Purpose

The service may provide requested farm sensor readings, automated sensor threshold alerts, and user-requested operational reminders.

Eligibility and Consent

Participation is limited to pre-authorized users. Enrollment requires affirmative consent to receive SMS messages. Submission of a phone number does not guarantee access to the service.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on user requests, configured alerts, sensor conditions, and requested reminders. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan.

Opt Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will no longer receive messages from the program unless you subsequently re-enroll or otherwise restore consent through an accepted process.

Service Availability

The service should not be relied upon as the sole means of detecting or responding to safety-critical conditions.
