PerfCare is a private farm monitoring and notification service operated by CM Green Pastures LLC. This policy explains how information associated with the service is handled.

Information We Collect

We may collect mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in and opt-out records, message content, service activity, and information needed to operate and secure the farm monitoring service.

How Information Is Used

Information is used only to provide, maintain, secure, and support the private farm monitoring and notification service, including responding to sensor requests, sending sensor alerts, and delivering user-requested operational reminders.

SMS and Mobile Information

Mobile phone numbers, SMS consent records, and SMS-related information are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers as necessary to operate the messaging service and supporting infrastructure.

Access

The SMS service is limited to authorized family members and farm personnel. Enrollment requests may be rejected when a phone number is not on the service's pre-authorized allow list.

Retention and Security

We retain information only as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain consent and opt-out records, troubleshoot issues, and meet applicable legal or operational requirements. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect service information.
